why do i get little pressure in my shower and kitchen sink?
my shower in the second floor has very little water comming out compared to before whe it was,i would say, normal.
samething thing with my kitchen sink in first floor

You might want to check and see how dirty your water filter is. That can make a really really big difference!
Sounds like your water pressure may be low. Is it a well pump or city water? Does your other water work rught? There must be an obstruction somewhere.
CLR is a good product to clean out any scale or mineral buildup in the head of the shower and the faucet too. Just put the stuff in a glass bowl and hold it up to submerge the the heads or remove them and soak them that way.
Look into it and make sure it’s not cloged and clean out any buildup.
