Look under the sink cabinets for the valves-if turning these to ‘full’ doesn’t work, then there’s something like rust or sediment clogging the faucet. Perhaps there’s a cartridge-type filter that’s clogged up. Check the faucet screen for sludge.
Try taking the faucet apart (like your going to replace the washers) and see if there are any lime deposits that could be restricting the flow of the water. I live in an area of the country that has hard water and this has happened to me.
If you have a single handle control for the sink this happen often…..The cartridge inside the handle which mixes hot/cold has worn, and is restricting water flow. The part is easily replacable. A good hardware or big box store will have the replacement.
Unscrew the faucet screen in the end of the spigot and check for rust and such. Then unscrew the spigot and check for a clog. Good old water saver faucets have a plastic washer with either a real small hole or several tiny holes. Easy to stop up w/ scale. Could be rust if you live in the city and they flushed the lines recently.
